For your golfing peace of mind!, Golfmarket offers you a no quibble 14 day money back guarantee on all our used secondhand golf clubs, if the club(s) don’t meet your expectations or if they don’t suit your game, just let us know and we will arrange money back or replacement at your discretion. Please note the clubs must be dispatched to us within 14 days of receipt. Golfmarket reserves the right to lower the refund value if the condition of the clubs has worsened, courier/delivery charges will not be credited, you will be liable for any delivery charges for the return of product.

Does not apply to new products or clubs with heads still in the plastic.

Our 14-day trial is intended to offer golfers the chance to try out a club they feel may suit them, it is not intended for the purpose of purchasing multiple types of the same club with the intention of keeping one and returning the rest for a refund. As you can understand, this will have both time and cost implications for Golfmarket, with non-refundable card fees for processing the order and the potential loss of other sales while the products are out of stock on trial. These costs will have to be factored into any refunds issued.
